It is regret to know that your recent stay was not as what you are expecting, especially with the humidity in the room and the amenities.I would like to sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences, even though we had set up dehumidifier in the room, however it was apparently not reducing the humidity. Indeed, during the period of your stay, the rainfall was more compared to the other weeks in the area. This caused failure in our humidifier system. In regards to the tooth brush in our Superior and Deluxe rooms is available upon request and we have taken a note for this in your profile for future reference.Mrs. Naoko, I understand that I could not turn back the time to re-do the experience with us. However, as a good gesture of apology, for your future visit, please allow me personally to arrange an upgrade for you to our Terrace Tree View One Bedroom Villa with complimentary one time 90 minutes massage.
