« Are you a student? Do you have no standards for where you stay? Then Bryson Court may be the place for you! The room was tired, there were marks on the walls, the bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was okay, but no soaps etc in the room. One towel only. The shower drain was dirty and smelt awful. Kitchen was shared with undegrad students who were staying full time. »

« The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open. »

Das Kunstledersofa mit dem Rücken zum Fenster, statt Richtung Ausblick...(Umstellen der Möbel war durch schriftlichen Hinweis verboten). Die Küchenausstattung war sparsam. « The apartment was spacious but not well equipped, only 2 wine glasses and 3 bedrooms had no bedside lamps.The area had a lot of rubbish around and the outside area overlooks garages and skips.Utensils in the kitchen were dirty and some toilets had not been cleaned. « Good access, close to importance locations and city centre. Clean room and everything available in the suite I was in. Only thing is that the checkin and checkout process is a bit complicated, apart from the booking you also have to check in online and then also when you arrive and apparently you have to “sign out” everytime you leave which was weird. Otherwise highly recommend for the price. »

"We saw the housekeeping service notice in the room. One of the sentences stated that your room will not be refreshed automatically each morning and will be serviced upon request only. We stayed for 7 consecutive nights under 2 bookings. We requested housekeeping service twice during our stay. But no one ever came to clean up. They only did after my wife made a complaint. The 6 night my wife informed the front desk staff about this again. We needed toilet papers as it's almost gone, tissues in the box was empty, no more tea and coffee, rubbish bin was already very full. She understood its unacceptable. She's a conscientious staff and might be a manager or have a managerial role. She gave us 2 complimentary breakfast for the following 2 days. She brought the necessary stuff to our room shortly after. It's a hostel rather than a midscale hotel. Everyone knows that hotels provide service, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment during a stay while hostels don't. We paid the price of hotel, however, we received no service."
