« This property is advertised as newly remodeled. However, the unit is far from new. Chipping paint all over the unit, inside and out. Front doors that are missing a seal. Yellow-stained sink and gross shampoo that looks like it's growing mold in the shower container. The bed had a flat sheet instead of the fitted sheet that got rolled up within the first 5 minutes in the bed. The first night, we had to sleep in the cold, when the outside was 25F. I notified the host within 1 hour of arrival that...

"Chambre propre, instructions claires, emplacement parfait avec accès à quelques mètres pour bénéficier de la vue incroyable sur le canyon… magique! En revanche, les murs sont très fins nous entendons les voisins, et notre logement n’avait pas la climatisation et le ventilateur était petit et bruyant, mais la météo ayant été clémente cela ne nous a pas dérangé (mais c’est à savoir). Merci !"

"Un séjour vraiment parfait au Grand Canyon ! La chambre était top : spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant, la piscine agréable, et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à seulement quelques minutes de l’entrée du parc. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dès que possible !"
