"We reserved through EXPEDIA and it seems they do not appreciate us going through intermediators for we were given a room in one corner of the corridor next to the bellboy room. No room service was provided during our stay, and we were left without any clean towels and toiletries. It seems that they did not care for you. They only want the money without providing any Hotel services. Whenever asked to reserve the restaurant, it was not available and was asked to sit in the lounge bar and order snacks instead of accommodating Hotel customers. Loved the decor of the Hotel and its emplacement next to the Grand Canyon. One of the boutique staff was arrogant and it seemed we were disturbing her day. Really felt like no one cares for customer service in this Hotel. For the price we paid, the Hotel with its charm lacked human nature. Would be careful to recommend to anyone. Have travelled all my life, but never seen a Hotel not providing room service to its customers who stayed four nights! "
