« This is our second stay at High Pines cabin, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy sitting on the screened in-porch, listening to the rooster crow, or the birds chirping or the river ever cruising by. Thendara and Old Forge are close and there are a few good golf courses not too far away. »

« Peace is the first thing you feel when arriving. The place is a piece of heaven on earth. »

« Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. »

« The camp was cute, clean, and perfect for a nice weekend in the woods. Thank you for having us. »

« The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip. »

« We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. »

« We spent a week there and my wife and our two boys did not want to leave. This beautifully positioned property offered everything we needed in terms of the view, peacefulness, space, and overall accommodations. It was a perfect launch point for our daily trips to different parts of the lake to either chill, swim and do some fishing. I'd like to thank the hosts - Mary and Bryan for making our vacation serene and memorable. »

« Absolutely everything was perfect. Incredibly beautiful view! The fall colors refelcting in the water are amazing. It was a bit chilly at night, so we used the fireplace every night and cuddled up on the couch in front of it every night as well. I really enjoyed having my morning tea on the back porch, looking over the water. Thank you so very much for the wonderful opportunity to share this beautiful property. »

« We loved everything about The Brantingham Cottage with Fire pit! It was nestled along the Forest line, We enjoyed the "Bears, Deers, and Moose" decor! It had everything we needed to feel at Home! It was »

« This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). This combined with slightly close neighbors means that the lights they leave on or conversations can be seen and heard. I could not get the side door to lock. The only other part that can be considered a...

« Our stay at the 1910 cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had all the luxeries of home. Kris was very responsive and such a wonderful host. The lake access was super convenient and we enjoyed using all the lake toys. It was a stress-free, relaxing experience and we're looking forward to staying again! »
