The landlord talked to them and they were quiet for the remainder of the stay. But, insulation needs to be added to the bedroom.There were two chairs in the sitting room with the TV. « This place is like staying in your own bungalow. It was very clean and well-appointed, and had what we needed as we had a wedding to attend in Cayuga Lakeshore and the place was less than 10 minutes away. The owner could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The place worked for us. »

« The apartment is very well laid out with kitchen, dining and living area that can hold quite a few people. Very large and clean above ground pool. The bedrooms are separated from the living area and are really quiet and well laid out. The lake can be seen from the dining and living room and the sitting area at the lake is very peaceful with 4 comfy plastic Adirondack chairs. Highly recommend. »

« We had a great stay over Fourth of July weekend. The views and proximity to the lake are wonderful and it’s a quiet neighborhood to relax in. It was a very hot weekend but the accommodations were nice and cool and stayed that way throughout. Our hosts were also very friendly and responsive/helpful to the few questions we had. This being dog friendly was a huge plus for us. The hosts were so nice and gave our pup some strawberries to snack on from their garden, which he loved. Check-in/checkout...
