« We love this location and everyone was wonderful during our stay! »

« My sister and I always stay in apartments when we travel and this is one of the nicest ones. The view is incredible and the apartment is very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The host is one of the most responsive hosts that we have had. He was in constant communication before our arrival and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. »

« It was a very nice place, with an awesome location. Very comfortable. I tried communicating with host before hand and couldn’t get any responses. Finally was contacted a couple hours before check in. Everything was good in the apartment except for the shower curtain flies into the shower and clings to you when showering. A little annoying. Maybe get heavier one. And it would be nice to have a role of paper towels and some extra trash bags in the apartment. Other than that we’re were happy! »

« We needed an affordable place near Columbia University and enjoy having our own kitchen. We loved the opportunity to stay in a historic NYC brownstone and this VRBO was delightful and had excellent proximity to the 125th subway stop where we met up with our daughter who lives near the Columbia campus. »

« Bien placé à 1/4 heure du métro. Manque un peu de propreté mais sinon agréable et la literie est bonne. Bruyant mais bon ! On est à New York. Une bonne communication avec l’hôte. »

« This property is perfect for a family. 4 bed & 2 bath!! The location is exactly where we wanted to be. It’s blocks from Madison square garden! So many great things to do right out the door. Highly recommend. »

« Great Stay, awesome views from both bedrooms and living room. Close to Madison Square Gardens / Penn Station. East to get to from Airports (JFK via Airtrain to Jamaica, then LIRR to Penn Station) »

« Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio »

« I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting...
