« The location ON the Moose River was gorgeous but the cottages are VERY close so it was a little noisy. The decorations on the grounds for Halloween were adorable! It was difficult to learn how to operate the TV and the heaters (it was cold in the mornings). There were no instructions left to run either item and when we called the number listed, we could only leave a message but nobody called us back. We had to wait till the next day when the office was open ..then someone came right away. The...

« We had a great stay at Mohawk Pines. The house has 3 levels and made our room arrangements very easy. The house has a whole home generator that was amazing for us. The surrounding area lost power for multiple hours and we were able to use the generator for the house. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and window AC units, The basement level has 2 bedrooms as well with no AC, but it stayed very cool down there. The main floor has no AC and got a little hot. If you stay in the summer, I would bring...

« The pictures don't really do justice to the feeling you have when you enter this home. It is a warm and cozy welcome. A modern lake house with many thoughtful touches. The view is beautiful and the overall vibe is relaxing and beautiful. The house has everything needed to prepare meals easily with indoor or outdoor dining. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the game room was an added bonus. We would stay here again. »

Both of the lake access points were gorgeous (pictures from both) and being only 15 minutes from old forge was very convenient. All of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would absolutely stay here again :) »

« From the moment we walked in the place felt warm and welcoming. The little attention to detail was commendable. The decorations were obviously changed for the seasons and not static year round. The house was extremely clean and everything was easy to use. The dog area outside was perfect for our pup. And, the view was beautiful. The lake was frozen with a fresh coating of powdery snow on top. Check-in/out was simple and communication with Debbie was quick and responsive. Also, being there in...
