« The house was very dirty upon arrival. All items such as kayaks and toys were all very old and dirty, no work was done upon arrival, floors were dirty, there was a bunch of cob webs in windows. We were told there would be toiletries and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. Back deck appeared as though furniture and deck hadn’t been properly cleaned and the bed sheets were dirty as well. Sadly very disappointed in our stay here. Pictures were not accurate at all. « The Lakeside Lodge is amazing. Beautifully crafted in traditional Adirondack great camp style. The location is perfect… far enough away from heavy tourist areas, but close enough to enjoy the shopping and fine restaurants. The owners are very friendly. We really enjoyed meeting them and can’t say enough about their hospitality. We will definitely try to make it back for another stay. »
