« This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back. »

« We came here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was great! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. « We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home. »

« The hot tub and fire pit were fantastic. We had a gorgeous weekend of weather and fall colors. The house is “walkable“ into town, but it is a very long walk! Definitely not walkable for kids or older people. The rooms were set up well for extended family and the kitchen was well appointed. »

« Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. « The house (chalet!) is exactly as advertised. The property is adorable (walk over a scenic creek between parking and house), a comfortable and clean yard with fire pit (logs were a bonus!) The house itself is on 3 levels with the bunk beds and a queen bedroom with a fridge, bathroom and laundry on ground level. « Three generations were able to comfortably spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together! »
