« Nice sized rooms with comfortable furnitue. Sitting areas, community areas and vuews sll a plus. Away from the road noise. Hotel staff friendly. Enjoyable fresh fruit, continental breakfast or hot breakfast made fresh upon request. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Perfect for a quiet night away without the kids. Did not hear any other patrons. Only suggestion is provide a small pitcher or larger glasses for water since its out in the hall. Beautiful home and property. »

« Very lovely bed & breakfast tucked away in a very quiet and beautiful part of NY. It was wonderful having a home cooked breakfast each morning and being able to meet new people from across the country. Would highly recommend. »

« I love this house! We had the entire place to ourselves since we were the only guests. Very clean. Love the old architecture. Jade made sure we had everything we needed. A plus! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area. »

« The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again! »

« The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort. »

« The vibes were immaculate. Our host was attentive, charasmatic, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and I felt like I was in a piece of classic literature! If you're looking for a very private getaway, this might not be the place for you, but we loved meeting the other guests and chatting over the beautiful breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« If you are traveling to this area I would highly recommend staying at the Parish House inn! The price was extremely reasonable and the owners were very helpful throughout our stay. We plan on going back in the future. »

« If I could give more than five stars, I would. Hunter Hill Farm is absolutely stunning—truly a slice of heaven.
