« The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!! »

The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxing feel to it. In the morning, they had a breakfast sandwich ready that was absolutely delicious. You can tell they put care into everything they do. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. »

« Polly was the best host for our stay in Buffalo! Not only did she welcome us upon arrival , but she made sure to provide everything you need while vacationing from out of town, including a Nespresso machine that we really enjoyed, along with a cozy and clean atmosphere! Beautiful location, close to the Highmark Stadium, not a bad drive to get to Niagara Falls, and overall highly recommended. « Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...
