« My grandkids and had a blast fishing having a campfire and laying on the dock looking at the stars. Loved sleeping overnight in a beautiful log cabin instead of a tent. We all said we wished we lived there! »

« We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved fishing at the lower pond and swimming in the upper pond. Our dogs loved running around the property. Such a peaceful little getaway. We hope to return! »

« We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again. »

« We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. »
