The host communicated well and checked-in with us on our second day to ensure everything was going well. The access and view of the lake was perfect. »

« Clean, cozy, great for our lil family. Had most things we needed in the kitchen and the play room entertained our 4 year old! Just wish price reflected being lake front, property is short walk from water. Also wish there was salt, only pepper was there and a frying pan . « This place was a perfect base for our Finger Lakes weekend! Peaceful at night and close enough to drive to all the wineries we wanted to go to during our time there. Very accessible to Naples and Canandaigua, and just a bit further to Geneva and all of Seneca. The house itself was plenty spacious for us and stocked conveniently with all we needed. « We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The only downside was the 10am checkout, which felt a bit early for a group of 10 and made the morning a little rushed. That said, we knew this ahead of time when booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. If anything, a slightly later checkout would be my only suggestion. »

« 3 story property with bathrooms on all levels makes for a comfortable stay.We enjoyed the waterfront location with private dock. Great for fishing, floats, kayaking and paddle boards. One of the nice features was the large patio at lake level. Only negative was the grill. Poor condition, low heat and we had to buy propane, but not a vacation spoiler. »
