« The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year »

« Cute loft apartment with all the essentials. Apartment is well kept and hosts were very responsive. The location was great, practically across the street from holiday valley and town was about a 20 minute walk. »

« We loved our stay at this chalet! It had everything we needed, was warm, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The kids loved the sleeping loft (they called it their man cave). Views of Holimont are beautiful. The host was communicative and responded to my few questions right away. The perfect winter vacation spot! »

« Place was beautiful, great location, and great hosts! This was the most thoughtfully stocked place. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, game room, and even outside had everything you could need. »

« This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back. »

« We came here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was great! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t pan out for us so we had limited use of the outdoor spaces but the indoor area was great with plenty of room and comfortable hang out spots for our family of 8. The kitchen was plenty big and we cooked most meals at home with a few times still heading into town which was a quick 10 minute drive away. « We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home. »

« This was our second time staying here, and we know it won’t be our last! The home is absolutely perfect for our needs. We love cooking here - the kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! »

« Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps...

The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together! »
