« Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. »

« Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. »

« We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too.
