« Clean, comfortable, and charming. The property is pretty and well appointed, with easy parking and a both a fenced in main grounds and a fenced garden within, which was ideal as we travelled with our dogs. Very pet friendly. Great communication from the owners ahead of our visit, and the handy home instruction manual made operating the heating and all appliances easy. « In a nutshell, dreadful. Furniture missing or unsafe, lots of things broken or unusable. Exposed wires, NO fire extinguisher, NO smoke alarm or Carbon Monoxide monitor, NO fire blanket in kitchen. Inadequate kitchen tools meaning we couldn't self cater, no glasses, I could go on and on. This property appears to have not been checked by any authority for a very long time. »

« As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated.
