« Great location and clean property. The property is a bit older than the photos. Lots of attractions and amenities within walking distance. The check in and check out process is very easy. It is a steep uphill walk from Shinagawa station so it is a bit challenging with a lot of luggage but it’s doable. »

« Great location , but if you just need a short stay just book a hotel for when you arrive as the check in process is complicated and stressful. Especially if you arrive later in the day . »

« The surrounding were fun and safe. This property is hard to find, better directions should accompany details. It was easy to enter with the code. Having luggage was difficult to get up the stairs. Also, the laundry was not free, there was a charge, so take some change. »

« This was the best location. Walking distance to the train station and many more things. Food options and 7/11 literally around the corner. Very quiet and so safe. You feel at home. The place was clean and very cozy. The host was very responsive. I needed to extend my last day for a couple hours and they were very helpful with that. »

« The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. »

« Just a flying visit on the way through Tokyo but would be happy to go back again and recommend to anyone. Very friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable and very peaceful »

« The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+. »

« It is nice apartment complex. I am comfortable during the two days stay. The only register and communication with the property agent is really bad. The agent doesn’t care to explain how to register at the iPad at the door in order to get the code. It take almost an hour or two to figure it out »

« The hotel said they would send us check-in info a day before we arrived. It never came and when we got to the property we couldn't enter, and the emergency contact number was actually the number for a restaurant. So we had to find another hotel at the last minute. The day after our arrival, we got an email that claimed to have check-in info, but it just had a link that did not work. »
