It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

« Price is amazing and the town is very pretty with plenty of restaurants and major train station near by (6 minute walk). Place is clean and well kept. Mini fridge, electric stove and washer in the bathroom. The dryer option of the washer doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t even try. I ended up hanging the clothes on a clothes rack that’s provided for some of my laundry which was adequate. The property manager never took long to reply to any of my messages. We’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to...

« The property was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to get to if you have mobility issues, so keep aware of that but since we do not, we fully intend to go again because it is so wonderful. The property is great. The host communicates well, the location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Japan. Perfect place for our family of four. »

« The property was great and we had an amazing time. There were a couple of small things that would have been helpful to know beforehand. There is only 1 bath towel provided per person, so plan accordingly. Also, there were no knives in the kitchen, so cooking certain things was not possible. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property. »
