Hi Nicolas, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. Our location is clearly stated on our website together with information on land transfer + prices from Tekek to our resort. As mentioned in previous reviews, it is not possible to get strong WiFi here due to remote location and limited infrastructure. Hope this clarifies.

Hi Sandra, merci for staying with us. Glad you have enjoyed our restaurant staff's hospitality. Please take note that WiFi is weak in this whole village due to remote location and limited infrastructure. Our land transfer from the jetty to the resort and back again is RM 60 per person and it is a standard rate with the taxis. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in all rooms. Should they run out in your room, do let us know during your stay and we would be happy to refill. We hope this clarifies the points raised.

As our restaurant is an open concept without walls and doors, and we are located next to the sea and jungle, the presence of cats and ants are inevitable. We ask our guests to not feed the cats. Due to our remote location and limited infrastructure, Unifi as well as all mobile providers are not able to provide strong Unifi and mobile coverage. Hi SitiFiya, strong WiFi and 4G coverage by the telecommunication companies are not possible here due to remote location and limited infrastructure. We are still waiting for Telekom Malaysia to install Unifi fibre optics cable. We hope you took the opportunity to switch off and enjoy our Tioman island paradise.

Yes maintenance work has to be done during the low season to keep our home looking good for years to come. Fresh produce is also a little harder to get during the low season as there is limited ferry plying the island. We hope that you will come back to visit us during the peak season to enjoy everything that Tioman has to offer.

I believe our technician had attend to your aircon problem and we sincerely apologized for the temporary breakdown.
WiFi in the resort is currently limited to 1mbps due to infrastructure, however, we will be expecting a high speed WiFi to be install by March 2019 and hope if you come back again, we will be able to provide much faster internet speed.

As we are located in a remote location, there are not many food stalls at the moment since your stay is during the low season. Please visit us again during the peak season starting from March as there will be more activities and food stalls, and you can experience a different atmosphere of Tioman :)
