This sparkling clean, bright, well-equipped loft is located near two excellent restaurants (Oakwood Proper Burgers is a must-try!) and within relatively easy walking distance of beaches, the downtown shops and restaurants, and some great running or walking options (the Boardman Lake loop and the waterfront path along the bay are both lovely).
