Hôtels près du The Royal Regency à Londres

« Hotel is full of charm. Family room is on 3rd floor (no lift) and very comfortable. Lady at reception is very welcoming and super helpful. Just make sure to double check the check-in time. Reception is closed and empty before then. It's impossible to park in surrounding streets between 10 am and 2 pm without a special LSE permit. Tesco nearby offers 3h of free parking. Leytonstone station is a short walk away. "J'adore" bakery next door is a good option for breakfast. All round a good...

« A little bit far from London City center. Reachable by underground but still... Hotel is clean with a fair breakfast offer. Animated at night with the bar, the pool tables, the =music... »

« Very bad bed for the price i home they have better bed more confortable bed »

« There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. The transfer itself was badly handled, as the...

« The room key card only worked about one time out of ten. As a result, and with no lift available, we had to repeatedly go up and down the stairs to get it working. We also experienced the exact same issue with another room, so this was clearly not an isolated incident. The condition and maintenance of the furniture also need improvement. Ironically, guests are required to pay a security deposit for the furniture, yet its condition does not reflect that. The basic amenities were disappointing....

« Friendly staff, great location »
