« Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. « Went to Sea World/Aquatica, and explored downotwn and this house was 15 minutes or less from both. The backyard was perfect and having King beds in everyroom was rare and a huge plus. Cannot wait to go back, oh and communication was as fast as it gets, answers back in 15 minutes or less everytime. »
