« Overall great experience. Heated pool and hot tub was a winner in this cold weather. Lots of wildlife spotted on the property. Nicely secluded with good access to a small town close by for any last minute supplies. »

« Beautiful house and pool. Close to Hwy 6 so occasional traffic noise but that didn't bother us. We enjoyed everything. Soccer goals, pool, play area, walking to the pond, the wildflowers, the cows and the house. Wish we'd set up a schedule for the pool slide & hot tub at the beginning with the rancher so we didn't have to ask each time but the entire place is delightful and everyone loved it. 6 adults and 9 kids. »

« Great place for a Thanksgiving weekend. We brought the food but the house had plenty of space and storage supplies. Setting lovely and very peaceful. The 6 of us could actually all sit together a beautiful table. »

« This was such a cute place to stay for the Round Top Antiques Faire. It was so quiet and peaceful and the bed was so comfortable. The claw bathtub was fabulous and the shower pressure was amazing! 5 star stay! »

« We traveled to Georgetown for work and found this amazing spot. We absolutely loved sipping coffee on the porch watching the deer cross. Check-in was easy and teh house immaculate. The bedrooms are spaced a good distance apart so you still have privacy. This home is located a short drive from Georgetown but still retained the remote feel. It was peaceful, beautiful and our top spot for any future conferences in Georgetown!! have feel like you have privacy »
