Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Leider ist das Personal aber nicht sehr "geübt" in Punkto Service... beim einchecken wurden bspw. einfach die Zimmer-Karten überreicht ohne zu sagen welches Zimmer ich bekomme und wie ich dort gelange... Schöne wäre es zudem gewesen, wenn man wenigstens ein freundliches Lächeln bekommt, wenn man bei der Rezeption vorbei läuft...

Good value for money :)
A very nice hitel located as central as possible in Tetovo. When staying at a 5 star hotel expectations are higher so i was a bit dissapointed when there was no gym or spa available. I also hooed they woukd restock water while cleaning the room the second day. Rooftop bar wss 10/10

Everything was great, the only thing I’d change is the price of snacks in the mini bar. Prices first natural way overpriced. Everything else was great! Breakfast/Non-Alcoholic drinks were free and good.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous city! Rooms are clean and modern. Comfy beds & pillows. Front desk staff are excellent! They do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be! They’re so helpful and welcoming. Then the roof top Restaurant/cafe/Bar is a added bonus with gorgeous views for days of beautiful Tetovo! Great food & drinks & staff. The hotel is right in the heart of the city with markets & restaurants and cafe’s right outside your door. There’s a small mall behind the hotel. A market right next door, that’s where we’d buy our bottled waters for the room. The first set of water bottles & Nescafé are on hotel and the rest you’ll be charged for. But no worries markets right next door or there’s a gazillion of them all around the city. Overall it’s a great place to stay I can’t wait to back!
