« Beautiful and typical english hôtel, the staff was Lovely + the room comfortable and the food delicious. Everything was Perfect »

« Tres bien »

« The Swan was the perfect place to stay in Alton. Great location, very friendly staff, and comfortable and clean room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. »

« the room is large so an armchair and luggage rack would be useful . As well as a large bed (1.60) but everything else is perfect including the restaurant »

« Very comfortable and large bed. A trifle difficult to check in or out as nobody seems to manage the reception. Good WiFi Good food in the pub. »

« Probably one of the worst 3 star hotel bedrooms (room 12) we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, ceiling paint was peeling off, shower seal was broken causing the floor to flood, toilet roll holder was hanging off, soap dispenser was broken, door handle did not work and signs of damp or roof leak staining on the ceiling. The bedroom was no better, window was rotten and could not be opened. Paint peeling off the window and radiator, black mould on the window catch, provided fan was...

« Super cadre, personnel sympathique, je recommande ! »

« Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. Food was lovely although breakfast slow....

« Nice property and unbelievable breakfast »
