Next to the living room, the kitchen features high-end wood cabinets, open shelves, and stone countertops, as well as a kitchen island that seats four beneath two elegant light fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and even a wine fridge. The turquoise backsplash and blue and white chairs at the island add a pop of color to the kitchenâs calming natural tones.
Both bedrooms share the stylish blue and white design found in the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a small work space with a desk surrounded by windows that provide stunning views of Las Catalinas. This bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower.

One of the most desirable perks of staying at 207 Plaza Pienza is exclusive access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club (7 AM to 8 PM), valued at $30 per person per day, included in the unitâs rate. At the Beach Club, youâll have access to a hot tub, a restaurant, a gym, and three swimming pools â a kid-friendly pool for families, a secluded pool for adults, and a lap pool. The Beach Club also offers a sauna and an ice plunge pool for an extra fee.
207 Plaza Pienza also has a washer and dryer, optional maid service, and a security alarm system. The condo is also equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Las Catalinas is a unique development north of Potrero built in the style of an Old World Mediterranean village, with fountains and car-free streets made of paving stones. Itâs right in front of the beautiful Playa Danta, at the northern end of a road that connects to Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito to the south.
In addition to its many high-end homes, Las Catalinas has two luxury hotels, Casa Chameleon and Santarena Hotel, both with great restaurants. Las Catalinas has a gourmet grocery store, clothing shops, adventure outfitters and various eateries. Just be advised that prices here are a bit high.
Access to the beach is free and open to the public, and thereâs lots of shade. The hills behind Las Catalinas also have miles of trails used for hiking and mountain biking, and thereâs a bike rental shop in town.
Las Catalinas is one hour from the international airport in Liberia. Several towns and beaches are within a 20-minute drive, including Potrero, Flamingo and Brasilito.
