We deeply regret that you did not find our property as entertaining or engaging as you had hoped. Our goal is to ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we apologize if we fell short in providing entertainment or activities during your stay.Regarding the beach area, by Costa Rican law, beaches are public and accessible for everyone, and we assure you Las Catalinas town offers hospitality to our guests, home renters, homeowners and local visitors.We apologize for any communication barriers you encountered with our staff who may not have spoken English fluently. however some facts about Costa Rica English is widely spoken in Costa Rica, especially in tourist areas such Guanacaste.While Costa Rica is predominantly Spanish speaking, most our team member almost 60% speaks English, except for the back of the house team members as kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping to provide to better serve our diverse clientele.As far of the transfer back to the airport, this was a service arranged on your own by a third-party provider not arranged by the hotel . Our hotel has made a very exclusive selection of vendors who will look into the best route and conform in any of the transfer services.Your comments regarding the breakfast, room cleanliness, rooftop pool maintenance, and directions to the hotel have been duly noted.
