01. Do you accept pets? If so, what are the fees? Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. 03. My flight arrives past check-in time. Am I allowed to check-in after 4:00pm? It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.
04. Do you have a late check out? We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.
05. Is this a private property? The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

18. Are there personnel onsite on a daily basis? Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm to better assist you with your check in or throughout your stay. Weekends our staff is available on emergency-calls only.
19. How do I submit additional toiletries or maintenance requests? For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. Any requests received, other than emergencies, after 6:00pm, will be handled and addressed the following business day.
20. Is there a laundry onsite? Yes, there is a stackable washer & dryer onsite.
21. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost? Parking is first come first serve, complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. One parking space per booking only.

Owner cancelled last minute
Owner cancelled the stay at 1pm the day of arrival leaving me scrambling to find a place to stay. Communication was terrible as I reached out to the host multiple times for check-in details before being told there was an issue. Cancellation was for a plumbing issue but was very poorly communicated and VRBO left me to find my own place to stay despite other rentals being availabli

Worst Vrbo Experience
Where do I start!? This was the absolute worst Vrbo experience EVER! Before we arrived, I reached out to the host to verify a couple of things, NO RESPONSE. After being on the road for almost 5 hours, we arrived, and there was NO PARKING. This was not disclosed to us. We message the host about this, and again, there is NO RESPONSE. This unit was a smoke-free listing. However, after we got inside, it smelled heavily of cigarettes. We walked through the unit and immediately noticed more issues. This wasn't the same unit from the listing. The sheets were stained. The remote controls had no batteries or didn't work, period. The bathroom door was coming off the frame, which made it difficult to close. There is BLACK mold growing inside the bathroom on the floor. There was more mold on the shower curtain. It was also very stained and absolutely disgusting. The tub wasn't cleaned and very dingy. Of course, I reached out to the host numerous times about this, and you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. We contacted Vrbo customer service, and they attempted to get in touch with the host as well. Like me, they were unsuccessful. They gave me a case number and said they would follow up. Sadly, it was too late to find somewhere else to go, so we were forced to stay one night. We went to a nearby Walmart to purchase sheets and cleaning products. We left early the next morning. We asked for a partial refund since we checked out early, no response. DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OF THEIR LISTINGS.

Did the job
Host was not responsive when I told them issues with the listing after checking in and the place smelled like cigarettes. There was also no hand soap or blankets. Otherwise the place was as listed and had a cute patio area outside of the listing.

Super host
Loved the well appointed VRBO. Comfortable and easy access but secure. Host was super responsive and any questions or anything I needed was just a phone call or email away and answered immediately. 5 stars.
