The Space:
Experience the Casa Cohiba + Casa Monte Cristo duo when you book your next stay at the Humidor in Ybor City! These townhomes can sleep up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

The spacious first floor living areas each offer an HD flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Sonos surround sound that you can control from your phone.

Just off each living room, you can utilize the pristine kitchen - truly a chef's dream. The kitchens feature top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee stations, gas stoves with wall-mounted pot fillers, and everything else from champagne glasses to pizza cutters!

Casa Cohiba features a Queen Bedroom, Twin Trundle Bedroom and Full Bathroom with a Bathtub on the first level. Casa Monte Cristo features two Queen Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom with a Bathtub on the first level. Both homes have a second floor lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, expansive closet space, and an En-Suite bathroom.

On the top floor of each home, you’ll find a stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, wet bar, and mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. Just off the 3rd-floor lounges are your own private sundecks, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding neighborhood.T

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear entrance to both homes.

The Neighborhood:
Founded in the 1880s, the Historic Ybor City district is well known for its eclectic collection of culture and countless cigar factories for which the city was named, for Don Vincent Martinez Ybor. Take a stroll down the original red brick streets and step into a piece of history. Indulge in a comedy show at The Improv, Eat at the historic Columbia Restaurant, or explore the local shops, bars, and artisans that make the Ybor community so rich.

Getting Around:
Ybor is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- Door Locks: In each home, the front door facing E. 4th Avenue is locked and unlocked by lifting the handle UP and turning the lock simultaneously.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 2 private off-street parking spots in the rear of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home. You will need to send us your vehicle info upon booking this property for us to register your vehicle for free street parking.
- Private washer/dryer in each home
- We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
