The artfully designed condo also has a private balcony overlooking the water, two queen beds in private rooms with their own Roku TVs, and a full kitchen with basic spices & oils. The experience includes a cocktail cart, popcorn maker, and Hemingway's short stories to enjoy while sipping your coffee on the peaceful balcony!

To check in, guests must digitally sign a rental agreement and provide a valid photo ID per HOA and security rules. Info is securely stored and FCC-compliant. No in-person submissions allowed.

Pest sightings are rare but possible due to Florida heat. We treat regularly & respond fast if needed (no refunds).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire resort and its amenities. Free parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed) comes with the reservation and a pass will be provided to the guest upon arrival at the security gate. There are washer/dryers on site and they are coin operated.
*** PLEASE NOTE: We apologize due to the damage of two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities will remain unavailable until end of 2024 or even few months of 2025. If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time.
The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is comprised mostly of condos and some hotels. It's generally tourists with a few restaurants including The Pelican and the resorts bar & grill. While the resort has a private beach, it is not a swimming beach as it's surrounded by a rock wall. If guests would like to swim in the ocean, they can go to Whiskey Joes around the corner (15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive) or Ben T. Davis beach just behind Whiskey Joes (18 minute walk, 2-3 minute drive).
Getting Around:
The resort has plenty to do! With that being said, if you'd like to explore downtown Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, we'd recommend either bringing a car or using uber/lyft!

There is plenty to do in the area! This beautiful home is managed by Awaysis, a full service vacation rental company with 24/7 live guest support. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

We allow early check-ins and late check-outs on a conditional basis. 11AM - 3PM is $15/hour, 3PM - 4PM is complimentary when available.
