The Space:
This single-story bungalow nestled in the SoHo community is just steps from S. Howard Ave, about 0.5 miles from Hyde Park and 1.5 miles from Bayshore Beautiful. "SoHo Serenity" features an updated, fully-stocked kitchen and a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 6 guests, this stunning unit has two king bedrooms in the main house and one queen-sized murphy bed in the rear poolside studio. There are two full bathrooms in the main house, one en suite and the other in the hallway, and a full en suite bathroom in the poolside suite. The primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom do not have a door separating the two, it is an open concept layout so please be aware before booking.

The updated kitchen makes staying in a breeze! Featuring beautiful black granite countertops, a full-sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker. Utilize the laundry room with your washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the main home between the back entrance and the kitchen. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back, relax, and chill out in your own private outdoor space via the back door or through the gate by the driveway.

Experience historic Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district, or world-famous Bern's Steakhouse - all just a short distance away! Are you an early riser? Head down to Bayshore Blvd and catch the breathtaking sunrises over Downtown Tampa every morning!

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear pool studio and the back door of the main home, located on the deck next to the pool.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of South Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- We DO NOT allow parties of any kind. This will result in immediate eviction.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the rear of the home, next to the private parking spaces.
- Parking: This unit offers 2 private off-street parking spots BEHIND the home, next to the rear pool studio. Please do not park in front of the home as the driveway belongs to the neighbors.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- The pool is serviced on Monday and Thursday.
