- Pets: this home is pet friendly, cost is $75 per pet per stay
- Smoking: absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the property. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Security cameras: there are 2 exterior security cameras at the home: one on the front porch and one by the garage.
- Alarm: there is an alarm system that guests can request a temporary code to. It will otherwise stay disarmed
- Parking: there is a private 2 car garage that can be accessed from the back alleyway behind the home. There is also free street parking in the front of the home
- This home is a half duplex and shares a wall with unit #2 next door
- Laundry: the home has a private washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, dryer sheets, and scent boosters
