  • A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Town 'N' Country home for up to 14 guests, 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium. A heated and cooled pool, a game room and a 10-seat table make it a fit for stadium weekends, multi-family trips and corporate groups.



    The group gathers around a 10-seat dining table and an oversized white sectional. The fireplace sits on one side, the game room on the other. Out back, the pool is heated in winter and chilled in summer, with seating and a grill beside it. One king suite and three queen-and-bunk rooms sleep 14 on a single street 10 minutes from the airport.

    2 full baths for up to 14 guests: the king suite's bath has a walk-in shower. The second bath has a tub-and-shower combo and serves the other three bedrooms, so plan showers in shifts.

    Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

    ★ Setting: a residential street in Town 'N' Country. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.

    The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.

    ★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 14 guests. One king suite; three rooms each have a queen bed plus a bunk bed.

    ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

    ★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.

    ★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

    ★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing and availability.

Excellent vacation with family & friends. Property was immaculate. Plenty of room for the 10 of us, very clean, quiet backyard & very private. Pictures on VRBO don’t do this property justice, much better in person. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tampa area

The house was just as immaculate at the pictures online. It was extremely clean and spacious. It was the perfect house for hosting a girls trip. The location was perfect. They thought of everything you could possibly need in the hope. The backyard and pool area was the cherry on top.

Great property with very attentive management. Well stocked with toiletries, spices in the kitchen, plenty of coffee. Easy checkout process (didn’t have to spend the whole morning cleaning). Good location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kids loved the ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball table. Best rental experience to date.

Property was just as advertised. Super easy check-in, property was spotless. Super clean and vibrant, just like it looks in the pictures. Everything you need they have available. All you need are your clothes and to buy food. The host even provides some snacks, which was a lovely touch! Definitely recommend staying there, and I will definitely be staying there again!

A wonderful home

The house was amazing. The pictures didn’t do it enough justice as everything looked new. The house was super clean and very inviting, Tons of towels, kurig with pods, crystal clear pool, the host even provided some snacks for when we arrived! We had 4 adult couples and had plenty of room to hang together or have our own space. My next trip to tampa I will be trying to rent this house again. A wonderful stay.

Good size for large family

the place is clean and even though it have easy access to stores (unfriendly-unwelcoming). Whenever we go to the store we come back to the house wishing we are not here. The pool n beaches always save the day. we love the pool and games that’s was provided. with mirror and glasses around the house it’s fancy unless your small kids Well behaved not rowdy I’m gladly recommended this place.

Absolutely awesome home! Exactly as described in the add! The home is very spacious! Great living room space! The play room is large enough to have a family blast at play! The kitchen has all the gadgets you need to feed and entertain the family on hunger times. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows, blankets, towels. The pool area is very comfortable and large. Very cozy outside relaxation area. We had a fantastic weekend at this home and I am looking forward to stay here again! I absolutely recommend this property and management team! 5/5 - great attention to details, excellent customer service!
