A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Town 'N' Country home for up to 14 guests, 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium. A heated and cooled pool, a game room and a 10-seat table make it a fit for stadium weekends, multi-family trips and corporate groups.

The group gathers around a 10-seat dining table and an oversized white sectional. The fireplace sits on one side, the game room on the other. Out back, the pool is heated in winter and chilled in summer, with seating and a grill beside it. One king suite and three queen-and-bunk rooms sleep 14 on a single street 10 minutes from the airport.

2 full baths for up to 14 guests: the king suite's bath has a walk-in shower. The second bath has a tub-and-shower combo and serves the other three bedrooms, so plan showers in shifts.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a residential street in Town 'N' Country. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 14 guests. One king suite; three rooms each have a queen bed plus a bunk bed.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing and availability.
