As part of our guest verification process, our trusted partner Truvi will collect a 2% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approximately $10.

💳 This is not a charge or a hold — (Truvi performs a pre-authorization, which is a temporary check to confirm your payment method has sufficient funds available).
🧾 The $10 service fee is non-refundable, unless the booking is canceled.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.
🛡 Because this property is enrolled in a third-party damage protection program, all guest screening, ID verification, and damage resolution are managed directly through Truvi, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

Parking passes will be provided inside the unit and should be clearly displayed on your dashboard at all times while parked on the property. Please remember to leave the parking passes inside the unit at check-out, as a $200 replacement fee may apply for missing passes.
