* POOL HEATING is not available during the summer months, as Florida’s warm weather naturally keeps the pool water at a comfortable temperature.
* NO PETS ALLOWED
Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Shipping Lost & Found: $100;
* Please choose number of guests accurately. Our base rates are valid for up to 4 guests. After 4 guests, there is an additional charge of $15 per guest per night.
* We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
