The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, 8 beds and will sleep 12 people. The detached cottage has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa bed and a dining room.

The 2 story floor plan features the living room immediately when you walk into the main house from the large front porch with the dining room, both living rooms, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor. The second floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. THE MAIN HOUSE SLEEPS 12.

The cottage has its own separate entrance and A/C systems. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 1 full bathroom and 1 bedroom. THE COTTAGE SLEEPS 4.

Located at the entrance of the house with a TV, large couch and a separate reading area with 2 chairs.
Dining Room & bathroom 1:
Located past the front living room with a bathroom located across the hallway from the dining room. The dining room has enough formal seating for 8.

Large sectional sleeper sofa with chaise, sitting chair and TV. The rear exit for the main house is also in this living room.

Queen size memory foam bed, TV and the crib and high chair are located in the closet. There is also an en suite bathroom with an entrance from the bedroom as well as the hallway. Sleeps 2!

3️⃣ Bedroom 3 3️⃣
2 twin beds with a TV and small en suite full bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4!

Plates, glasses, mugs, pots and pans to accommodate 4 total guests in the cottage. There is also a blender, drip coffee system, refrigerator, oven, blender and dining area.

A car or electric bike is ideal.

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. $750 separate refundable security deposit to be collected on stays of 28 days or longer as well.

Driveway Size: 100 feet long and 2 cars wide. Gated Driveway. Gate Code 0405

$35 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 7th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 7 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
