We truly understand your concern, but a gentle reminder, as our resort's concept is "stay within nature", our location is surrounded by ricefield, rivers, and tropical forests. Consequently, our resort serves as a natural environment for all the surrounding living organisms which does include various insects. In dealing with it, we use organic insect repellants as opposed to chemical ones; it does not kill the insects but merely redirect them away. However, we will keep in mind to give extra attention to the rooms for next time, ensuring the comfort of our guests against insects and such.
