Harbourside #31 Summa

Summary:
Fresh Hampton styled two-bedroom apartment on the magnificent Sydney Harbour waterfront offering uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and Lavender Bay. Only minutes by ferry to Sydney CBD.

The Space:
Immaculately presented apartment comprising two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, one bathroom, a fully functional kitchen & dining area, workspace desk, wireless internet, and a comfortable lounge area positioned with a beautiful north easterly aspect on the 7th floor of the Harbourside waterfront complex at McMahon's Point.

The apartment is accessed by lift from a secure entrance and reception area. A laundry is located on the same floor as the apartment with washing machine and dryer available at a nominal charge. The complex is set in a quiet & tranquil environment with exclusive access to an onsite swimming pool, BBQ area and outdoor dining facilities beside the Harbour.

"Please note that a lift replacement project will begin on June 3rd, 2024. Currently, only one lift is operational, and the project is expected to be completed by mid-July 2025."

Note: POOL AREA CLOSURE FROM MONDAY 28 APRIL 2025
FCS Concrete Repairs Ply Ltd will be performing pool resurfacing rectification work from Monday 28 April 2025. Accord ingly, the pool area (i.e.pool, tables, chairs and BBQs) will be closed from this date. The duration is not yet known because it is dependent upon the extent of work required and the weather .

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to enjoy the facilities of the complex. One cupboard in the apartment will be locked for the owner's personal storage.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point sits on the peninsula flanked by Berry’s Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east. It is within easy walking distance to North Sydney and a quick ferry ride to Circular Quay enabling access to all Sydney has to offer whilst presenting a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind beside the Harbour or in the surrounding parks & gardens. The al fresco street cafĂ©s and restaurants on Blue’s Point Road are within easy walking distance and provide a range of options for coffee, a drink, eating out or just spending time with family & friends.

Getting Around:
The apartment includes one on-site car park with other parking available outside the property. A short (50m) walk to the McMahon’s Point Ferry Wharf provides access to Cross Harbour ferry services, Parramatta River ferry services and the Sydney bus network. Catch the bus or walk (approximately 1km) to North Sydney station to access train services on the North Shore Line, Western Line and Northern Line of the Sydney train network. Our suggestion is park the car and enjoy the ferry.

Other Things to Note:
Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

The apartment & complex are strictly no smoking, use of the apartment & complex is on the basis of that there will be no parties or events and pets are not allowed. Guests should note NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

We all absolutely loved this apartment with an amazing view from every window. It was very hard to leave.A bonus having parking on site and a beautiful pool to enjoy whilst looking out to the harbour bridge. Having the ferry at the front door was just perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Location was perfect for the views but a hassle if you were wanting to travel anywhere close to the city (by car) as you had to cross the bridge each time meaning traffic and tolls.. Ferry stop located at the bottom of the hill if you’re confident using public transport. Both bedrooms overlooked the harbour and had views of Luna park, Oprah house and Sydney harbour bridge. Was a little tricky initially finding the apartment. Google maps got a bit confused as did we. Apartment itself was clean.be prepared to bring your own necessities like shampoo/handwash/shower gel as it’s not provided other then towels and toilet paper.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this wonderful Stayz home. It was completely idyllic with incredible views of Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge from every single window. Even at night, everything looked so pretty and we got many awesome photos. The accommodation was beautifully appointed with a classy colour scheme, and we felt completely at home, plus the ferry wharf was right downstairs at reception, so excursions were extremely easy. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner was easy to contact and communicate with - thank you, Gabriel! For anyone wanting an experience of a lifetime, I would definitely recommend this as a superb spot!

Lots to say about this apartment. The view is world-class, modern and clean, convenient parking and extrmely close to buses and ferries. We had an amazing week exploring Sydney. Will stay again and have referred to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Habourside! McMahons Point was the perfect base to have an adventure with my wife and adult daughters. We could easily walk to the ferry or just stroll up the road to visit the many cafes within a 10 walk. Even our Uber driver was jealous of our incredible view. The apartment was well decorated and was well equipped. Would highly recommend and we will certainly book again when we hopefully return in the future. Gabriel was very responsive as a host too.

Of all the Harbourside apartments we have stayed in, this one was the best. It was fresh, clean, well maintained and matched the photos online. As it's on the edge of the building, and on the 7th floor, views were stunning from all rooms. You definitely can't beat the location. The host was also very helpful when we had a few issues with the booking process. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Sydney.

The property is in a prime location and amazing full views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House in lounge room and 2 bedrooms . Is a 1 min walk to wharf to take ferry into Circular Quay or Darling Harbour. The outdoor pool is big with all the Harbour views and a BBQ. Very safe and secure and also has a safe in the apartment. The only downside to the apartment is in the summer there is no air conditioning but it does have fans.

We spent 8 days at this property while touring Sydney and visiting family. The property has some of the best views in Sydney showcasing the Opera House and Sydney Bridge. The ferry is right outside the door, runs frequently and was our main transport while on vacation. The unit is modern and had everything we needed for our stay. I would not hesitate to book again. We all agreed that staying there was one of the absolute highlights of our visit to Sydney.

The photos on the listing doesn’t do the justice to this stay. Has spectacular views of the harbour bridge and opera house. Ferry is next to the place too to visit all attractions. Nice little cozy place away from the CBD’s rush. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
