Awesome Mooloolaba stay! We stayed for three nights, room was modern and clean. Pool area was perfect for our two young children.

A perfect place for families! Friendly and welcoming staff, a lovely property that has a pool and is also minutes to the beach on foot. Quiet yet 5 minutes walk to the supermarket or the esplanade where there’s heaps of shops and dining options- and I mean heaps! Further down there is the surf club and after that the wharf with more dining options and activities (like cruises or kayaks). We’ll be back!

This is a fantastic resort! It is spacious and very clean. It is conveniently located, close to the esplanade and grocery store.

The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and modern. The beds were comfy. Air conditioning in lounge and the bedrooms. Close to beach, shops, coles supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants also the iconic Mooloolaba Surf Club. Would totally recommend and stay again. Also the management were a friendly couple that were only to happy to help in any way.

Great location
Accommodation is very close to the main hub of everything. Supermarket is a 5 min walk and restaurants even closer. When we entered our room it had a very strong poo smell. All the windows had been left open so I’m not sure what happened in there. Otherwise it was very clean and tidy. The bed was very uncomfortable however and had no pillow top. Overall it was a great place to stay, owners were extremely friendly and I would recommend it

The apartment was left open as we knew you were waiting to check in however I apologise you found there was a smell in the apartment, it had just been cleaned so I am unsure as to what that was. If you had advised us whilst you were here we could have attended to that straight away but unfortunately this is the first we have heard of it so it has come as a surprise and we are now unable to rectify the problem.We appreciate you staying with us at Coco.

Coco, or Hot Coco as my three year old called it, is a fabulous hotel. The managers are very nice and accommodating. There are so many items available for renting such as sand toys, picnic rugs, beach huts, etc. The rooms are so spacious and well equipped. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in the area.

The Coco Mooloolaba is a wonderful property in a great location. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment level 5. The apartment was very clean and had all amenities required. The hotel pool and spa were wonderful and much used especially on those days when you didn't want to go to the beach. Restaurants and cafes all very close by walking distance. Also enjoyed exploring the Sunshine coast and hinterland. The only recommendations I would make are firmer beds.
