« Beautiful place, very friendly staff »

« We appreciated the spaciousness, the ideal location, and the fact that it was well-equipped.However, we encountered a major issue during our stay. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. We noticed the presence of numerous insects, resembling cockroaches, mainly in the kitchen. When we moved the refrigerator, we discovered a large amount of dirt and food, which likely explains the presence of the insects. This situation made our stay very unpleasant, especially...

The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The host personally greeted us upon arrival and took the time to explain how everything worked in the apartment and throughout the complex, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and...

« I always stay at Marenas every time I visit Miami, and they never disappoint! The stay is always comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. It feels like my home away from home. I’m always happy with my experience and look forward to coming back every time. Highly recommended! »

It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect. »

None of these fees were disclosed in the VRBO listing. In reality, booking a similar unit directly through the hotel would have been more affordable than renting a private unit through VRBO.That said, aside from the unexpected costs, we did enjoy our stay. The...

« The place within itself was good. Very spacious and the property manager was very kind. The hotel and its staff 3/10. Lack of “need to know” poor communication, unorganized, no manager to call in an emergency, the valet speaks no English, and they definitely prioritize certain guest. »
