« As soon as we entered the room it smelled like chemicals, place could use an upgrade of furniture. Multiple dead roaches on the ground floor. I showed the pictures to the front desk they didn’t even bother looking at the room and immediately told me to take it up with the website you rented the room from. Overall I stayed out most of the time because that’s why I was there to be on the beach but definitely not worth spending 800 for this place, there are better options. »

« The valet receptionist on the morning shift on Jan 14 was very unprofessional. She purposely delayed the car handover to me even though all I needed was to take my personal stuff out. I missed my very important work meeting call because of that. I had to request many times and after showing frustration few times she finally let me go get my stuff from the car in the parking. Same experience happened during the laundry time, no one knew what to do and how to get those laundry machine figured out....
