« I feel the accommodations were misrepresented. The picture of the room posted online with hard floors is not even close to what we got with filthy carpet. My daughters didn’t even feel comfortable having their shoes off! The room had a utility closet with a rattling air conditioner, The remote and TV didn’t work because it need batteries and when I checked with the front desk, they said that they needed to put in a maintenance request to fix which never happened so TV was unusable. « The tv in the living room did not work . Called in for someone to fix the tv . Then they sent someone and the person said they couldn’t fix it . They said they would sent someone someone the next day and no one ever showed up .. I called the following day , they said they would send someone out , no one showed up so they offered me a late checkout , which was unacceptable . The elevator took extremely long .
