« A well presented and equipped house with easy parking. Comfortable, nice garden which would be a sun trap in the summer - we were lucky with the weather and were able to eat lunch out there in the second part of the week. A warm house, tho cooler at the beginning of the week - the heating didn't seem automatically to come on, but it was easy to override. 15-20 minute walk to the town, which was fine, and interesting walks from the back of the property towards Thorpeness. « Unkept garden ( not usable), no dustbin, next door to noisy / very smelly fish and chip shop, very narrow and very steep stairs. Property was ver clean, manager was excellent. »

« The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped.
