« Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on. »

Shower attachment broken so a (cold) shower was only possible by holding the shower head. « You get what you pay for here . Very helpful staff . A clean room could do with an update , older style mattress but still comfortable , A quiet pub in a tucked away location and it has all you need quiet room ,T.V , a good shower , Tea and coffee , an ok bed . Bit like staying at an older relative, I will go back and use it again. »
