« This house is spacious and adorable! So cozy and everything was there that we could have possibly needed! We were in town for 2 nights to visit family who have been at UAB Peds being treated for many months. This was our first time in Birmingham and what a lovely city! Very walkable and I loved the location of the house. We didn't make it to The Garage, but what a popular spot! The cones on the road worked perfectly to save our parking spot. Will rent again if ever in the area. »

« The place was great! The bed was super comfortable, clean and very easy check-in/check-out process. Love that it was convenient to many things. Thanks for the hospitality, snacks and easy process to check in after an evening flight. »

« We had 4 generations staying for a long weekend for a family wedding. Much better option than hotel rooms with an infant,toddler and a pet traveling with us. We had no problems while we were there, but the hosts did reach several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had enough space for everyone , and although the converted garage worked well for us, the floors above are very squeaky. »

« 4 adults in town for an event. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, good location, quiet area, easy check in, very responsive and accommodating Host.Kitchen was lacking dish towels (paper towels were provided) but otherwise we had all we needed and were very happy. »

« We were literally 3 blocks from UAB campus. Walked to Dreamland one night for dinner. Ate at the Indian food truck right behind the property another night. 5 minutes from UAB hospital. Highly recommend!! »

« We live local to the Birmingham area and had some work done to our home that required us to be offsite. We have pets, and this location is one of very few that is pet friendly. Even though this property allows pets, it is clean and smelled like it was cleaned thoroughly. I think the property is created with pets in mind. There are so few pet friendly properties that we were very grateful to be able to book this property. We met several members of the neighborhood as we walked our dogs, and...

« Great place to stay for a week in Birmingham. The location is great, close to all the golf courses, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The downstairs room is an amazing hangout room to relax and talk with friends. Property manger was extremely easy to reach and very generous. Awesome place to stay! 5 Stars »

« We went to play two of the RTJ Golf trail and this house was perfectly located. Everything was great. Host was responsive and we totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! »

« The pictures do not do this place justice. The kitchen is wonderful. The view is amazing. The towels were top notch. The floor plan was where you could be alone reading a book or where everyone can be together. High end appliances and very clean. We can’t wait to go back and stay longer. »
