« Our room was mostly clean but a few items I noticed while taking a bath were mold under the tile in the tub wall and also in the crevasses on the toilet where the tank meets the base but the room was otherwise clean. The room was spacious with a nice patio and our room had a jetted tub in the bathroom which I loved. « The Abbey Resort and Spa was spectacular! The staff from the front desk, restaurants, bars, spa, activities, security and cleaning were always helpful, considerate and attentive. Their communication via text messages and email to me before I arrived and during my stay kept me well informed. They have something very special here! I'll tell all my friends about the Abbey. « They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old. »

« Séjour très agréable et très calme dans une chambre spacieuse avec vu le lac derriere l hotel. Literie parfaite, wifi sans problèmes et salle de bain bien équipée (avec peignoir). Dommage que la bouteille d eau a l arrivée dans la chambre ne soit pas fraîche mais bien payante ... »
