« Lovely old house in the historical area of Washington Park! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Great house for larger groups as the finished basement has two bedrooms and a very comfortable seating area that also includes extra sleeping space if needed. We visited during record breaking heat and the AC in the place was such a lifesaver! Whole Foods being right across the street was so convenient as well. Honestly would stay here again! »

« Great location! The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities! Hot tub. The backyard has a very comfortable and enjoyable outdoor space with couch and a tv. And the front porch is enclosed with a comfortable couch. Would stay here again. »

« Had no problems. The bottom rack and drip pan on the toaster oven needed cleaned and the counter top had coffee grounds on it. No hot water in kitchen sink. Those were our only issues. They allowed us to check in early as we got into town ahead of schedule. We would stay at this property again. »

« The house and accommodations were excellent. The host made our stay comfortable and was easy to communicate with. I even mistakenly yelled out the door code in the front yard to my wife when returning from a day trip and, even though it was probably going to be fine, the host graciously changed it so we could rest easy. All in all, it was a great trip to Denver, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. »
