This listing is a bit misleading but that isn't where I found the most challenges.
Misleading:
The listing shows as "spacious walkout basement with private bedroom and living room" but it is also still listed under
"Entire Place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with guests in your party". My issue is that while the listing is technically being upfront about not being an entire home, it does show up when searching for an entire home so it feels like being misled.
The Good:
-Very quick and easy with communication.
-Easy to find place and easy access with a private entrance.
-Simple and free parking.
-Does allow pets.
The Not Good:
-The place was not clean.
-Dirty towel (I imagine from a previous staybut I did not ask)
-The bathroom sink had hair in it and toothpaste (either that or soap) on the handle.
-The floor was dirty (had hair, dirt, and dust all over that my wife vacuumed up) and did not appear cleaned.
-Dust was evident around toilet area and around windows.
-There were paperclips, a tube of ointment, and an uno card lying under a couple pieces of furniture.
-Also some dead bugs hanging out.
-The temperature is controlled upstairs by contact with not ability to adjust on our own.
We arrived very late for a one night stay, we did not ask for anything from the contact because of this (except to adjust the temperature). I sent this info to the contact for transparency and so far I have not heard back, which is disappointing.
