« Very well presented property. Ideal for our needs with two dogs, Grandma and the boy. Good location for visiting Durham and accessing local dog walks. Great showers which is always a bonus. »

« Lovely house in great location - had everything you needed in the kitchen and property even including a colection of crabbing buckets and nets that the children loved. Staithes itself is beautiful and a real hidden gem - the house could not be in a more central location. »

« We had a lovely stay. The 'cottage' was well equipped and ideal for the two of us. The house was spotless and very easy to keep clean & tidy. Though a little further from Durham city than we expected, the buses ran regularly from the main road a short walk away. As it was near the top of the hill, walking back from Durham would have been very hard! We had left the car at home, but found the buses to be excellent - on time and going to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you. »
